Balers

Compac Systems, LLC, manufactures a broad range of horizontal balers to accommodate a wide array of solid waste materials. Balers can be configured for manual or gravity feeding as well as mechanical or air conveyed waste systems. Baler models range from the manually operated, manual-tie baler, to state-of-the-art, fully automated, auto-tie, computer controlled systems that can process tons per hour.

Shredder Balers

Shredding before baling increases bale density, offering space savings in your plant, and greater efficiencies for waste hauling. This style machine also offers a degree of destruction that will meet many requirements for security and prevent re-use or secondary use of materials.

Scrap Removal Systems

Compac manufactures a wide range of air conveying system components for a variety of customers including boxboard plants, folding carton, and print shops. We build a full line of material handling fans in sizes from 5HP to 100HP and do our own computer balancing of the impellers. We manufacture and install horizontal scrap separators, tangential separators, cycones, and screen separators as well as open and closed hanging bag afterfilters and cartridge style afterfilters. To complete the systems we build a variety of pickups, switchvalves, blastgate products and have our own spiral pipe machine which can be brought right to the site for manufacture of spiral ducing on larger jobs.
